Partners, assisting them to provide their customers with a full solution of
products and services, enabling Partners to act as a “one-stop shop” for any
client.
The Motorola service portfolio is currently being expanded, and will consist of a
number of discrete service elements which can be bundled together to provide
maximum value to the end user, Partners can mix and match these bundles to
meet customer needs, and complement their own capabilities.

ScanSource is now able to provide IBM’s highly successful ‘E’ Pack
service offerings, not only across EMEA but also in many countries
globally.
E’ Packs provide an extension to IBM’s onsite warranty to 2 and 3
years covering all parts and labour and providing a next day business
response to support your customers installed base of IBM
equipment.
IBM’s Servicesuite* support contracts provide a flexible onsite
service support program for their RSS products.

Qualitypass Services

year Qualitypass Subscription:
When a customer purchases a QualityPass Subscription at the
same time they purchase their LXE system, they will receive their
normal 1-year warranty and 1-year service subscription, plus a
1-
year free service subscription for the price of a 1 year Quali-
tyPass Subscription and provides a guaranteed turnaround time
on all repairs, plus coverage for all accidental damage on all RF
computers, AP’s, scanners and peripherals (excluding printers).

year Qualitypass Subscription
A Five Year QualityPass Subscription option may also be offered
with the initial system purchase. The price is equivalent to our
“3
for 1” Subscription price detailed above, divided by 3, mul-
tiplied by 5. This offers our customers a guaranteed long term,
cost effective alternative to paying on an annual basis.
Qualitypass renewals
Customers may renew an existing 3 Year QualityPass Subscrip-
tion for a maximum period of 2 additional years, which will con-
tinue to include parts and labor required for the repair of internal
electrical components, as well as, repair and/or replacement for
accidental physical damage. The annual price will be at the then
current QualityPass list price.
