ZebraCare Depot Service Agreements
Zebracare Warranty Plus (Standard Depot Service) Agreements cover
the labour, spare parts and preventative maintenance (and, where
applicable, printheads and collection) necessary to bring your printer
back to full operation.

ZebraCare Fixed Price Repair - a flat-rate repair service for non-
functioning printers out of warranty or contract

Upgrades available for each Agreement:
Collection Service: where Zebra organizes and pays for the next
day collection of your non-functioning printer.
Guaranteed 4-day Turnaround: where your printer is either repaired
or replaced with an equivalent exchange model. A minimum of
100
printers must be under contract.
All repairs are covered except those that are required due to abuse,
misuse and excessive wear and tear that render the printer beyond
economic repair.
With an Annual ZebraCare Service Agreement you are covered from
the date of order. Receive a 15% reduction off the Agreement list price
when you purchase ZebraCare within 1 month of printer purchase.
We typically repair printers in 6 working days, where day one is the day
of receipt at Zebra. Zebra pays for return shipping within the EU.
