offers the fastest possible “next day, plug and play” unit replacement,
with a spare pool owned and managed by Datalogic. It covers defects
in material, normal wear & tear and accidental breakage, with strict
conformance to operational and cosmetic specifications, including
factory upgrades at no additional costs. It is ideal for customers
operating in task critical environmentswheremaximumup-time is required.
EASEOFCARE 2-Day Comprehensive
This program provides an increased service level at an unbeatable
price. It provides you with efficient factory level depot repair service
with a rapid turnaround time, two (2) business days, covers defects in
material, normal wear & tear and accidental damage, with strict
conformance to operational and cosmetic specifications, including
factory upgrades at no additional costs. It is ideal for customers
operating in environments with limited spares or minimal down time
requirements and when asset tracking is important.
EASEOFCARE 5 day
This program delivers the security of knowing that your product repairs
are easily handled with consistent factory procedures, controlled costs
and guaranteed results. It covers defects in material and normal wear
and tear with five (5) business day repair turnaround and includes
factory upgrades at no additional costs. It is ideal for customers
requiring enhanced repair turnaround and improved cost control.
